She actively participates in executive and non-executive talent acquisition efforts for the Automotive industry in the U.S. and overseas. She is an experienced Recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry with a diverse professional background. She has a record of assisting clients all over the US in a wide variety of industries.
Monica graduated with a B.A. in Pre-Law and Political Science from San Martin de Porres University in Lima, Peru. She obtained a dual B.A. in Behavioral Science and Sociology at San Jose State University in San Jose, CA. She started her career path in the legal field as a Business Immigration Paralegal in 2009 and became a Recruiter in 2012. Her research and project management skills have been an asset to expand her professional scope in different industries at diverse professional levels. She works closely with employers to find the best match for their business needs.
Outside work, Monica participates in outdoors activities with her family and enjoys travelling to different destinations in the U.S. and around the world.
